Overview
Jozvo Trusts is the shared banner for the charitable trusts established by our founding family. Each trust is separately registered and independently accounted for, while sharing one standard of governance, transparency and long-term commitment to the communities it serves.
Leadership
Day-to-day operations are led by a small executive team accountable to the trustees. We keep overheads deliberately low so that the overwhelming majority of every contribution reaches programme delivery.
Board of Trustees
The board sets strategy, approves all grants above threshold and reviews audited accounts annually. Trustees serve without remuneration and declare all interests before any grant decision.
History
Founded and registered in 2024 (Reg. no. BK4/87/2024) in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, the trust began with school kits for a single neighbourhood and has grown into four programme areas with international partnerships.
Annual reports & financial declaration
Audited financial statements and an annual programme review are published each year. Copies are available on request by email while our reports library is being prepared for publication.
